Fees vary depending on the tooth and the complexity of the case.  If you have dental insurance, we will contact your insurance company in advance to get an estimated copayment amount.  This will be collected on the day treatment is initiated.  We will file a claim with your insurance on your behalf.  Occasionally, the actual amount paid by your insurance may differ from the estimate.  If this occurs, you are responsible for the remaining balance, or we may owe you a reimbursement.
